When the day winds down, Berlin reveals its most exciting side. The evening awakens an appetite — not only for exceptional food, but for unique experiences. This spirit defines Berlin and its guests: a passion for innovation. In keeping with this, Bonvivant opens its doors for dinner and invites you on a culinary journey of slowing down and savoring the moment.

Curious gourmets can enjoy six or seven courses from early evening onward — accompanied, if desired, by a tailor-made cocktail pairing, available with or without alcohol. Each course offers a distinctive culinary experience — far removed from convention — drawn from our new vegan cuisine. All who are open to discovering something new are welcome: every evening from Tuesday to Saturday.

Culinary concept

Between craftsmanship and a love of experimentation

The decision to open a vegan restaurant stems from our high standards — those who truly master their craft are always in search of new challenges. Our goal was to establish vegan cuisine as the foundation of our kitchen and to define seasonality as its guiding principle. The full diversity of plant-based ingredients has yet to find its way onto every plate, and that is something we set out — and continue — to change.

Through creative new creations, premium ingredients, and uncompromisingly delicious dishes, we demonstrate what modern vegan cuisine can look and taste like. The team in the Bonvivant kitchen draws inspiration from Japanese, Nordic, and French culinary traditions, particularly in matters of seasonality and flavor. From blossoms and conifer fruits to a wide variety of vegetables, we experiment until every nuance is refined and every tasting plate is returned completely empty.

Not only are we convinced by this concept ourselves, but so are our regular guests — and the MICHELIN Guide, which awarded us a Michelin star as Berlin’s first fully vegan restaurant.

The bar is every bit as impressive as the unique vegan dishes on our dinner menu, offering a selection of aperitifs, digestifs, and signature cocktails. We distill, ferment, and simmer our own essences for our drinks to extract subtle nuances that deliver great pleasure. This makes every sip an experience.
